General Description of Service

Semicollezione.com confirms acceptance of the order by sending an automatic summary e-mail to the e-mail address indicated by the Customer in the order itself.

Deliveries are made on working days, from Monday to Friday, not holidays (hereinafter "Working Day(s)"). Hours means the hours included in the Working Days.


 

Shipping and delivery

The shipping time vary according to the payment method chosen and the availability of the product:

Payment by PayPal, Credit Card and Cash on Delivery: for orders placed before 1.00 pm they are leaving the same day.

Bank Transfer: the products are leaving on the day that we receive the payment into the account.

 

 

Complaints

Any complaint relating to the delivery of the products and their characteristics at the time of delivery must be reported to Semicollezione.com in one of the following ways:

Delivery delays: Complaints may be filed within 5 days of non-receipt with respect to the day scheduled for delivery or, if the product has been delivered, from the day of delivery.
