General Sales Terms.

Semicollezione.com accepts orders for delivery only in Europe. The transport document will be issued at the time of shipment of the order. The customer can purchase the products listed in the electronic catalog of Semicollezione.com at the time of submitting the order. The images and technical data accompanying a product may not be complete and exhaustive of its own characteristics but are different in terms of size, color, accessories, etc.

Products:
Semicollezione.com pays particular attention to describing and depicting the products for sale. However, it may happen that the manufacturer or supplier makes changes to the products without communication or that there are typing errors. However, we reserve the right to take up to 60 days to update the product card. Therefore, some images and descriptions may not be 100% accurate.

The wording "available" at the time of the displayed product is purely indicative, given the possibility of multiple purchases at the same time by several users. For this reason, Semicollezione.com reserves the right, once the order is received, to verify the availability of the goods and, in the absence of it, to promptly communicate the non-acceptance of the order sent.

No responsibility can be attributed to Semicollezione.com. The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Semicollezione.com by email, and sent to the email address provided by the customer. This confirmation message will reproduce all the data entered by the customer, who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections.

The contract concluded between the customer and Semicollezione.com is to be considered concluded only after the sending of the acceptance email of the order. By placing an order on the Semicollezione.com website, the customer declares to have read the sales conditions, the proposed payment methods, and the entire purchasing procedure. With express reference to articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/89, the customer will receive, via email, all the necessary indications for the identification of the seller, which the customer must keep together with the contract acceptance email. In the event that the customer needs to return the purchased products, they must consult the sections: the right of withdrawal or defective merchandise return.

 

Prices.

The selling prices indicated on the Site are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT but do not include delivery charges. Shipping costs are calculated on the last purchase page.

 

Right of Withdrawal Order.

Sales of products via the Internet are governed by articles 50 to 68 ("distance contracts") of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). This legislation provides for the consumer's right to withdraw from contracts or contractual proposals within 15 days from the date of delivery of the goods, guaranteeing them the right to return the purchased product and obtain a refund of the expenses incurred.

The right of withdrawal lapses completely due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents) in cases where Semicollezione.com verifies:

1. the use of the product that has compromised its integrity or the use of any consumables;

2. the absence of external packaging and/or original internal packaging;

3. the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, ...);

4. the damage to the product due to causes other than its transport.

5. opening or cutting of the blister or packaging.

In any case, the customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if it concerns sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery.

The exclusion applies to categories such as:

Vaporizers
Smoking accessories

As provided for in Article 56 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/2014, the website may suspend the refund until the goods are received or until the buyer provides proof of having returned the goods.

The website will issue the refund using the same payment method chosen by the buyer at the time of purchase. In the case of payment made by bank transfer or cash on delivery, and if the buyer intends to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must provide their bank details: IBAN, SWIFT and BIC necessary for the refund to be made.

Data processing.
Buyer data is processed in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data, as specified in the appropriate section containing the information pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), or the European Regulation 2016/679 (Privacy Policy).
