Barney's Farm - Acapulco Gold
This strain from Barney's Farm is a modern take on the legendary Mexican Sativa that won't disappoint
Acapulco Gold is a stunning sativa-dominant strain with a high THC content.
The plant is of medium/large size and reddish-brown in color, covered in thick resin, with fat buds featuring THC trichomes white as snow.
Yield: After 60-70 days, indoor yield can reach up to 500 g/m². If grown outdoors, the yield reaches 1500 g per plant by mid-October.
The strain has a fruity aroma and taste, has a balanced relaxing and invigorating effect, and helps with stress.
This is the new generation of cannabis from the Barneys Farm line, which expands the boundaries of marijuana genetics.
Difficulty of cultivation: This plant has a medium level of difficulty because it can reach heights of over 2 meters outdoors and requires height management to grow indoors.
Cultivation methods used: For cultivation in a grow box, we recommend using topping, training, and screen-of-green (ScoG) cultivation methods to make the most of the indoor space.
Taste: The taste and olfactory profiles of this plant can range from citrusy to woody, but a consistent profile we have noticed is a general pine smell and flavor.
Summary: This is one of our favorite varieties for indoor cultivation, and if you're ready for some topping and training, you'll find it to be an excellent producer as well.
